Conversion of NPS reactor compartments

Client: Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway.
Duration of the project: January 2008 – December 2009.

Project: The project provided administration of the contract Norway has entered into with Nerpa Shipyard for the conversion of three three-compartment NPS sections into single-compartment sections with proper shielding for on-land storage at Saida Bay.

Role in the project: Storvik Consult had the project management role which included contract set-up and price negotiation with the Nerpa Shipyard, management of the project implementation, cost and schedule supervision, technical expert support.
